This place is a treasure! The staff's friendliness and the excellent dining options. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from my Beautiful Queen Room. There were a few hiccups, like the small pool and thin mattresses, but the overall experience was good, and I can't wait to come back!

The beds were heaven, and the all-you-can-eat crab legs were a culinary delight. My mom loved the $2 ice cream cones at the restaurant this trip nice.

I encountered rude front desk interactions and was disappointed with the thin mattresses in our room. A better experience could have been achieved without these issues.

Appreciated the a double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It had a comfortable bed and included a large bathroom a roll in shower, a hairdryer and robes. The location was stunning, in the middle of jackson overlooking mountain. Moreover, it's near casino.

We weren't informed about the pool hours, a disappointment for our daughter's special birthday.

We had a blast during our two-night stay with plenty of room in the queen disability access room, especially loved the big bathroom and convenience of having a fridge. The indoor and outdoor pools looked great even though we didn't get to enjoy them. The mattress could have been a bit thicker, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd recommend checking out the spa services 😊

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the spacious and clean room, the relaxing indoor saltwater pool, and the delicious food—especially the cheesecake was so good!
